On behalf of the “Israeli-Palestinian Voice of Peace” Organization
The “Israeli-Palestinian Voice of Peace” organization calls for an immediate halt to the de facto annexation efforts, the violence, and the pogroms carried out by settlers against Palestinian communities throughout Areas A, B, and C.
The data and facts available to us make it clear that this is not innocent “agricultural settlement.” As reflected in the map of the outposts/farms, this is an organized mechanism of dispossession, expulsion, and takeover. Settler farms have effectively taken control of approximately 1.1 million dunams in the West Bank—a vast area exceeding any reasonable agricultural need, the vast majority of which consists of private land and areas to which the settlers have no right whatsoever.
Furthermore, the use of the term “state lands” is misleading. These are not Israel’s state lands, but public lands in an occupied territory that form part of the land reserves of the future Palestinian state. Under international law and the laws of occupation, Israel has a duty to administer these territories solely for the benefit of the protected Palestinian population, and not to allocate them to citizens of the occupying power.
The power of these farms is not demographic, but dispossessed action. Through a handful of people, a herd of sheep, and a dirt road, a means is deployed whose sole purpose is seizing land, blocking Palestinians’ access to their lands and water sources, and pushing entire communities out of their homes—through threats, harassment, and direct violence.
This violence primarily harms Palestinian agriculture, which is the main source of livelihood and the foundation for living with dignity. The pogroms and deliberate harassment, particularly during the olive harvest season, prevent Palestinian farmers from having free and safe access to their lands, endangering their lives and their future.
The full backing given to the settler militia by the army and the police is a clear violation of the Geneva Convention. Dispossessing Palestinian agricultural communities of their land to replace them with settlers constitutes ethnic cleansing, which is defined as a war crime.
Members of the “Israeli-Palestinian Voice of Peace” call for an end to the occupation and de facto annexation, the dismantling of the mechanisms of expulsion and takeover, and full protection for Palestinian residents, their rights, and their lands. Only an end to dispossession and ensuring a normal life for all inhabitants of Palestine and Israel can pave the way toward peace, justice, and security for both peoples.

ארגון “קול השלום הישראלי-פלסטיני” קורא לעצור מיד את מאמצי הסיפוח הדה-פקטו, האלימות והפוגרומים שמבצעים מתנחלים נגד הקהילות הפלסטיניות ברחבי שטחי C,B,A.
הנתונים והעובדות החשופים בפנינו מבהירים כי לא מדובר ב”התיישבות חקלאית” תמימה. כפי שמשתקף ממפת החוות, מדובר במנגנון מאורגן של נישול, גירוש ושתלטנות. חוות המתנחלים השתלטו בפועל על כ-1.1 מיליון דונם בגדה המערבית – שטח עצום החורג מכל צורך חקלאי סביר, אשר רובו הגדול מורכב מאדמות פרטיות, ושטחים שאין למתנחלים כל זכות בהם.
גם השימוש במונח “אדמות מדינה” הוא מטעה. אלו אינן אדמות המדינה של ישראל, אלא אדמות ציבור בשטח כבוש המהוות חלק מעתודת הקרקע של המדינה הפלסטינית העתידית. על פי הדין הבינלאומי ודיני הכיבוש, מוטלת על ישראל החובה לנהל שטחים אלו לטובת האוכלוסייה הפלסטינית המוגנת בלבד ולא להקצותם לאזרחי המדינה הכובשת.
כוחן של החוות אינו דמוגרפי, אלא נישולי. באמצעות קומץ אנשים, עדר כבשים וכביש עפר, מופעל אמצעי שמטרתו היחידה היא תפיסת מרחבים, חסימת גישת הפלסטינים לאדמותיהם ולמקורות המים שלהם, ודחיקת קהילות שלמות ממקומן – באמצעות איומים, הטרדות ואלימות ישירה.
אלימות זו פוגעת בראש ובראשונה בחקלאות הפלסטינית, שהיא מקור הפרנסה הראשי והבסיס לקיום בכבוד. הפוגרומים וההתנכלויות המכוונות, בפרט בתקופת מסיק הזיתים, מונעים מהחקלאים הפלסטינים נגישות חופשית ובטוחה לאדמותיהם ומסכנים את חייהם ואת עתידם.
הגיבוי המלא הניתן למיליציית המתנחלים ע”י הצבא והמשטרה הוא הפרה ברורה של אמנת ז’נבה. נישול קהילות חקלאיות פלסטיניות מאדמתם כדי להביא במקומן מתנחלים מהווה טיהור אתני המוגדר כפשע מלחמה.
חברי “קול השלום הישראלי-פלסטיני” קוראים להפסקת הכיבוש והסיפוח בפועל, לפירוק מנגנוני הגירוש וההשתלטות, ולמתן הגנה מלאה לתושבים הפלסטינים, לזכויותיהם ולאדמותיהם. רק סיום הנישול והבטחת חיים נורמליים לכל יושבי פלסטין וישראל יוכלו לסלול את הדרך לשלום, צדק וביטחון לשני העמים.

تدعو منظمة “صوت السلام الإسرائيلي-الفلسطيني” إلى الوقف الفوري لمساعي الضم الفعلي، وأعمال العنف والاعتداءات التي يرتكبها المستوطنون ضد التجمعات السكانية الفلسطينية في جميع أنحاء المناطق (أ،ب،ج).
إن البيانات والحقائق المكشوفة أمامنا تؤكد بوضوح أن الأمر لا يتعلق بـ “استيطان زراعي” بريء. وكما يتضح من خريطة البؤر الاستيطانية/المزارع، فإننا أمام آليّة منظمة للتجريد والتهجير والاستيلاء. لقد استولت مزارع المستوطنين فعلياً على نحو 1.1 مليون دونم في الضفة الغربية – وهي مساحة شاسعة تتجاوز أي حاجة زراعية معقولة، ويُشكل معظمها أراضٍ خاصة ومساحات لا يملك المستوطنون أي حق فيها.
كما أن استخدام مصطلح “أراضي دولة” هو أمر مضلل؛ فهذه ليست أراضي دولة إسرائيل، بل هي أراضٍ عامة في منطقة محتلة تُشكل جزءاً من الاحتياطي العقاري للدولة الفلسطينية المستقبلية. وبموجب القانون الدولي وقوانين الاحتلال، يُفرض على إسرائيل واجب إدارة هذه الأراضي لصالح السكان الفلسطينيين الخاضعين للحماية فحسب، وليس تخصيصها لمواطني الدولة القائمة بالاحتلال.
إن قوة هذه المزارع لا تكمن في حجمها الديمغرافي، بل في قدرتها التجريدية. فمن خلال ثلة من الأشخاص وقطيع من الغنم وطريق ترابي، يتم تفعيل أداة هدفها الوحيد هو الاستيلاء على المساحات ومنع الفلسطينيين من الوصول إلى أراضيهم ومصادر مياههم، ودفع تجمعات سكانية بأكملها خارج أماكن سكناها – وذلك عبر التهديدات والمضايقات والعنف المباشر.
يمس هذا العنف في المقام الأول بالزراعة الفلسطينية، التي تُعد مصدراً رئيسياً للرزق وأساساً للعيش الكريم. إن الاعتداءات والمضايقات المتعمدة، ولا سيما خلال موسم قطاف الزيتون، تحرم المزارعين الفلسطينيين من الوصول الحر والآمن إلى أراضيهم، وتُعرض حياتهم ومستقبلهم للخطر.
إن الدعم الكامل الذي تقدمه قوات الجيش والشرطة لميليشيات المستوطنين يُعد خرقاً صارخاً لاتفاقية جنيف. كما أن تجريد التجمعات الزراعية الفلسطينية من أراضيها لإحلال المستوطنين مكانها يشكل تطهيراً عرقياً يُصنف كـ جريمة حرب.
يدعو أعضاء منظمة “صوت السلام الإسرائيلي-الفلسطيني” إلى إنهاء الاحتلال والضم الفعلي، وتفكيك آليّات التهجير والاستيلاء، وتوفير الحماية الكاملة للسكان الفلسطينيين ولحقوقهم وأراضيهم. إن إنهاء تجريد الملكيات وضمان حياة طبيعية لجميع سكان فلسطين وإسرائيل هو السبيل الوحيد لتمهيد الطريق نحو السلام والعدالة والأمن لكلا الشعبين.
